Update 27th June 2017

Having had pain in my right foot now for week and half, visit to GP yesterday resulted in referral to X-Ray to establish if March fracture present. Either way looks like 6 to 12 week rest which will not be good for me Confirmed as fracture to 4th metatarsal bone in right foot
